Highly respected IP lawyer Juan Carlos Ojam, who has advised a global client base on the creation, protection, defence and maximisation of IP rights for more than three decades, co-leads the practice alongside the ‘extraordinarily diligent’ Raquel Flanzbaum, who is known for securing expedient pre-judicial dispute resolution in IP prosecution and litigation matters; and Mercedes Bullrich (’competent, proactive, dedicated’), who handles trade mark availability searches and monitoring, legal opinions, prosecution and patents.
