The team has extensive expertise in managing collective labour disputes, union negotiations and workforce restructurings, while also advising on compensation and benefits, compliance, and due diligence procedures. Esteban Carcavallo co-heads the practice, focusing on advising clients on litigation, administrative proceedings, collective bargaining matters, and due diligence in the context of transactions. He is joined by Edgardo Isola, a specialist in individual disputes, collective bargaining and transactional matters.
