Bomchil represents clienta before federal and provincial courts in all types of administrative law queries, as well as assisting with tariff regimes, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and concession bids and negotiations. The team is especially well known for its outstanding arbitration practice and is a go-to name for settling international arbitrations with the Argentine state. Privatisation matters, constitutional actions (amparos) and renewable energy power purchase agreements are other areas of expertise for a practice that works with companies from a range of sectors, including electricity, energy, transportation, mining, telecoms and utilities. The team is jointly led by the vastly experienced public law, energy and regulation expert María Inés Corrá; outstanding TMT practitioner Francisco Gutiérrez, who also handles international arbitration and economic regulation work; and Federico Campolieti, who covers public tenders, licensing and public-law related litigation. Further partner-level support is provided energy and environmental lawyer Cristian Galansky, with highly-rated senior associate Marina Wagmaister (economic regulation, international arbitration and administrative law) leading the second line.
