Beccar Varela

Beccar Varela's real estate and hospitality department advises on the acquisition, leasing, divestment, and development of a broad range of assets, including hotels, shopping centers, clean energy facilities, and luxury and affordable housing. The team also undertakes meaningful pro bono work, such as supporting the creation of an inclusive residential community for individuals with learning disabilities. Leading the department is Pedro Nicholson, who specialises in negotiating and drafting purchase, sale, construction, and management agreements across diverse real estate assets. His recent work includes advising on innovative transactions involving tokenised properties, most notably for fintech company Metro Futur.
