The group also has experience across TMT M&A, subsea fibre optic cables, licensing, rights collections and consumer protection. Experienced name partner Mariano Grondona – who handles telecom regulation, privacy matters, product liability and TMT-related dispute resolution – leads the practice alongside Arnaldo Cisilino, who undertakes work related to internet claims, data protection, and new projects and products. Associates Pía Politi (data law and technology) and María Carolina Abdelnabe Vila (data protection regulations, antitrust and consumer protection) lead the second line.
