Bruchou & Funes de Rioja handles a broad mix of telecom, broadcasting, IP, data protection and technology matters, supporting clients with submissions for authorisations, permits and licenses for the provision of broadcasting and telecoms services. The team also takes on work involving radio electric spectrum regulation, the installation of telecoms equipment and infrastructure, and IP and data protection; with litigation and transactional matters in the TMT space also covered. A multi-disciplinary team is co-headed by Santiago Balbi, who has led the launch of a new advisory service to support new technology start-ups and their investors; Dámaso Pardo Correa, who handles conflicts regarding trade marks, patents, advertising and marketing law, as well as privacy and internet law; and young partner Juan Zocca, who has a strong background in administrative law and primarily works with clients in highly-regulated sectors.
