The group’s workload includes contentious insolvency matters, bankruptcy litigation and investor disputes. Hayk Hovhannisyan, who leads the firm, has over 25 years of experience in handling litigation and arbitration, and is well known for being a former member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. On the non-contentious side, the team is very experienced in advising clients on business operations in Armenia, including setting up new entities in the jurisdiction. Other key practitioners include bankruptcy and labour law expert Gagik Grigoryan and Tachat Voskanyan. Harutyun Hovhannisyan and Anna Margaryan left the firm in 2023.
