Jennifer Single SC prosecuted in one of the first cases under the Defence Trade Controls Act, as well as a case brought by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator after a truck, driven by a man who was sleep-deprived and under the drugs, collided with and killed four police officers – the company received an AU$2.3m fine and one of its directors a custodial sentence. Andrew Harding SC  is instructed by ASIC on civil regulatory work. Henry El-Hague SC  has notable expertise in environmental offences.
