Clayton Utz

Clayton Utz‘s capital markets team operates out of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. Stuart Byrne and Brendan Groves lead the equity capital markets offering from Sydney and Melbourne respectively, with notable expertise in the technology, energy and resources, and financial services sectors, handling work including IPOs in new economy growth companies. The debt capital markets team is led by Andrew Jinks and Sonia Goumenis, both in Sydney, working with major banks both domestically and internationally alongside private equity clients. Jinks and Goumenis additionally lead the securitisation team, where special counsel Mark Chahine is also a key name, with experience acting for sponsors, arrangers, facility providers, ADIs and fintechs.
