- Advised European Energy on the project financing of the 56MW Mokoan Solar Farm (Victoria) and a novel in-house EPC delivery model, marking European Energy’s first financial close in Australia that is expected to ultimately supply renewable electricity to more than 15,000 households and reduce over 85,000 tonnes of carbon emissions.
- Acted for ESR Australia, as asset manager/principal in respect of all project agreements for the design and construction of the $110m Defence headquarters at 320 Pitt St Sydney as well as the delivery of that project.
