With offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney, the labour and employment team at Piper Alderman advises organisations across a host of sectors, including health, transport, retail, telecoms and construction. With over 24 years of experience in employment law, practice head Tim Lange has expertise in a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters, covering terminations and unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination, employment contracts and industrial dispute resolution. Erin McCarthy has extensive knowledge of misconduct investigations, namely cases of bullying, discrimination and harassment. Other lawyers include Ben Motro, who has experience advising on and preparing employment contracts, deeds of release and enterprise agreements. Joe Murphy left the practice in July 2023.
