  • Advised MidOcean Energy Holdings Pty Ltd on all aspects of its acquisition of Tokyo Gas’ interests in four Australian LNG projects (Pluto LNG, Gorgon LNG, Ichthys LNG and QCLNG) for US$2.15bn
