Real estate projects form the cornerstone of the practice at Maddocks, with the firm positioned to act on redevelopments, government property advisory matters, affordable housing projects, acquisitions and contractual matters. The group is led by a capable quartet: Nick Holuigue, Clare Batrouney, Cameron Thomson and Pria O’Sullivan. Based in Melbourne, experienced partner Holuigue specialises in acquisitions and associated due diligence, while Batrouney focuses on development and procurement processes, as well as strategic property advice. Leading the team in Sydney, Thomson is sought out by a range of clients across the residential, retail, industrial, leisure and office sectors. Canberra-based O’Sullivan’s wide-ranging expertise includes coordinating government procurement, advising on Crown leasehold matters and remediation works contracts.
