KPMG Law in Australia's tax team has 'deep knowledge and experience' in handling tax disputes. The group is very experienced in acting for domestic and international clients in the financial services sector in proceedings involving the ATO. Cross-border financing matters are another core area of instruction for the group. The practice is jointly led by the trio of Alexandra Patrick, Kristie Schubert and the 'exceptional operator' Keith Swan. Louise Giorgini is another name to note.
