Bernhard Hainz

Bernhard Hainz is a partner at CMS in Vienna and head of the specialist Employment and Pension Law Department. Bernhard Hainz is one of the leading specialists in Austria and for more than 30 years has primarily advised companies in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including the negotiation of collective agreements, works agreements, social plans, disputes with works councils and employees, service agreements and dissolution agreements as well as pension and pension fund matters. As a result of his previous position as an assistant at the Vienna University Institute for Employment Law and Social Law, Bernhard Hainz and his team combine high-level academic qualifications with many years of practical legal experience. In addition, Bernhard Hainz has expertise in the area of art law and in this connection he represents artists and art institutions both nationally and internationally.

Christoph Wolf

Christoph Wolf is a partner at CMS and heads the employment and pensions team together with Bernhard Hainz. For over 15 years he has been particularly advising companies with respect to judicial and extra-judicial labour law matters, including the implementation of restructuring measures, negotiating works agreements and redundancy plans as well as settling disputes with works councils and employees.  An additional focal point of his work revolves around providing support to former state-owned companies, as well as dealing with various labour law-related issues in the area of compliance projects. He also advises clients on legal issues concerning the international secondment of staff as well as all labour law topics relevant in the field of compliance. In addition, Christoph Wolf has served and continues to serve as a lecturer at the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, the Danube University Krems as well as the Medical University of Vienna.

Daniela Krömer

Daniela Krömer is an attorney-at-law in the field of Labour Law and EU Law. She has been a member of the Employment Law Team at CMS since 2013. In addition to standard employment law advice, she also supports clients primarily in matters of European employment law, for example in the area of cross-border employment of workers, in particular in the area of wage and social dumping, as well as in questions of equal treatment.
