The team is also active in the debt capital markets space, advising particularly on green bond issuances, and the ECM-focused side of the practice is increasingly sought out by clients seeking assistance with IPOs. Lars Van Bever and Joris De Wolf handle the bulk of capital markets-related work and co-lead the practice together with M&A specialist Matthias Wauters and financing specialist Thomas Donnez.
