NautaDutilhNautaDutilh‘s corporate and M&A practice continues to grow, with the addition of Axel Maeterlinck and Nikita Tissot from Simont Braun in July 2024 building on its established strength across the Benelux region. Maeterlinck now co-heads the practice group, bringing experience advising listed and unlisted companies on their M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Co-head Dirk Van Gerven often advises on reorganisations and acquisitions, while Philippe Remels has extensive expertise in regulated sectors.
