- Advised on issues regarding the renewal of environmental permits for service stations in the Walloon, Brussels Capital and Flemish Region, including the renewal of the rent agreements in case the service stations are not property owned.
- Advised on noise, odour and particulate matter issues in connection with an aluminium plant in Duffel, including discussions with the compliance officer and procedures before the Civil Court. Also advised on permitting and court issues in connection with the renewal of the entire sewage system and accidental emissions in the River Nete.
