  • Advised Virya Energy on the sale of 100% of the shares in offshore wind developer Parkwind NV to the leading Japanese power producer JERA Co., Inc.
  • Advised ten renewable energy developers on legislation introducing a windfall tax on certain electricity generators and represented one developer, Eoly Energy, in a legal challenge before the Constitutional Court against parts of this legislation.
