Work highlights
- Advised Virya Energy on the sale of 100% of the shares in offshore wind developer Parkwind NV to the leading Japanese power producer JERA Co., Inc.
- Advised ten renewable energy developers on legislation introducing a windfall tax on certain electricity generators and represented one developer, Eoly Energy, in a legal challenge before the Constitutional Court against parts of this legislation.
- Assisted WDP on its roll-out of roof-mounted solar projects, including on the drafting of WDP’s power purchase agreements and on regulatory matters surrounding licenses, subsidies, grid connection, and a new type of “renewable energy” obligation.
