- Acted for the Belgian Federal Government as lead counsel in its dealings with Engie-Electrabel on the prolongation of the lifespan and operation of two nuclear reactors as well as on related arrangements with regard to the long-term storage and final disposal of radioactive waste and the regulatory framework of nuclear operations in Belgium.
