Work highlights

  • Representing BT, Colt, and another confidential operator in damage claims against Proximus, the Belgian incumbent operator, and successfully securing a Brussels Enterprise Court judgment favorable to the clients in June 2024, concluding that Proximus had abused its dominant position.
  • Advising IBS Capital Management on a comprehensive and complex data protection and cybersecurity assessment of the group company data processing activities in relation to the sale of IBS through a controlled auction sale.
