Philippe Van Dijck is an experienced lawyer, specialized in maritime, transport and commercial law. He is advising national and international clients in the shipping and commercial industry. His main area of expertise is maritime shipping law and other transport related issues. His practice ranges from pre-litigation advice and settlement negotiations to representation before different Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals.
