Stibbe‘s intellectual property team is ’highly competent and responsive’, and covers the full range of IP related legal services, including IP structuring and litigation. The team has expertise in multi-jurisdictional litigation, acting on cases related to patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyright. Ignace Vernimme co-leads the team, with experience across IP, life sciences, health products, and healthcare services. Philippe Campolini also heads the practice, bringing expertise across IP and life sciences. Louis Bidaine‘s practice is centered on patent litigation, while Vince Van der Wangen specialises in intellectual property rights, know-how protection, and technology transfers.
