The firm regularly also regularly leverages its internal tax and financial advisory capabilities to provide its clients with comprehensive regulatory advice. David Roelens, Christoph Michiels, and Marc Van tieghem jointly lead the team and handle acquisitions, sales, and investments in a broad range of sectors.
