- Successfully advising and representing Brussels Expo (a public-law company which is the owner of the land) on all the aspects of the ground-breaking dispute regarding the termination of the EUROSTADIUM DBFM PPP project.
- Assisting the Jules Bordet Institute - Brussels largest public hospital - with the sale of a 50.000 m² disused hospital located in Brussels (Porte de Hal), in the context of the relocation of the Institute in Anderlecht.
