Work highlights

  • Advised MEAG, acting on behalf of a special real estate fund designed for institutional investors, with the largest office-related transaction of 2023 so far to acquire all the shares of the company AGRE Office Invest II holding the prestigious City Center building.
  • Advised a Lone Star investment fund with the acquisition in share deal of the iconic Metropole Hotel in the heart of Brussels, together with adjacent shops in high-retail area of Rue Neuve.
  • Further to the acquisition of the Regent portfolio, consisting of 5 building offices in Brussels, assisted Tristan Capital Partners with the sale of an office building located rue Ducal 69-71.
