- Assisting ING Kirchberg Holding - joint venture between Baltisse and Straco - in the framework of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of a Luxembourgish company owning an office building located 14, avenue Edward Steichen, L-2540 Luxembourg, with office spaces for a total surface area of approximately 5,000 sqm.
