Work highlights

  • BPI, a subsidiary of the CFE group, undertook the construction of a residential complex and a 7300 m² office building, leased to various companies. BPI sold the building to Ethias.
  • Advised Urban Development Corporation of the Brussels-Capital Region on the “Mediapark” site, which is the previous headquarter of the French and Flemish public television stations (RTBF and VRT). Providing legal guidance and assistance in relation to the interpretation and implementation of the terms and conditions of the occupation of the site “Mediapark” by the RTBF and the VRT until their transfer to their respective new headquarters.
  • Assisted Guerlain in drawing up a contractor agreement for the installation of its first Guerlain Parfumeur boutique (outside France), which opened on May 5 2023 in Place Stéphanie, Brussels, in the former Annick Goutal boutique.
