The firm’s dispute resolution team has represented private investors in international investment arbitrations against the Bolivian state, and has been involved in commercial arbitrations based on the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. Practice co-head Andrés Moreno specialises in arbitration and was appointed as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for the 2021-2024 term.
