Ferrere’s labour department continues to add to its portfolio of domestic and foreign companies, advising on all aspects of labour and social security law. The team provides specialist advice on expat immigration matters, business reorganisation, collective bargaining and the drafting of labour policies. It represents clients in labour litigation, including constitutional litigation and union disputes, at all stages and courts. Senior associate Pablo Heredia leads the team, specialising in administrative restructurings, terminations, and individual and collective negotiations. He is supported by a strong group of senior associates: Bruno Cuellar represents both national and multinational clients in disputes before judicial courts and the Ministry of Labour; Erick Vargas plays an active role in restructuring processes and dismissals; and Daniel Antequera focuses his practice on the mitigation of labour contingencies through negotiation.
