Two main areas of focus form the core of Bufete Aguirre, Quintanilla, Soria & Nishizawa Sociedad Civil – (BAQSN)‘s labour practice: the team advises on compliance with labour obligations and regulations, and represents clients in both administrative and judicial conflicts. The group is regularly involved in the drafting of labour contracts and agreements, and internal labour regulations. Labour terminations and disputes with the Ministry of Labour are other areas of expertise. Carolina Aguirre leads the team alongside Mauricio Torrico, who advises both domestic and foreign clients on tax and human resources planning and business reorganisations. Gonzalo Prudencio brings both public sector and in-house experience to the team. As head of the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice, Ariel Morales also plays an active role in labour matters.
