It is also well positioned to provide day-to-day advice on labour matters, from workplace policies and training to health and safety matters and employment benefits. The firm also has a dedicated business immigration team, which acts for a diverse clientele of executives, employees, investors and entrepreneurs. Primitivo Gutiérrez leads the team and excels in the resolution of labour disputes; he advises on union-related conflicts, negotiations of collective agreements and labour arbitration. Practice co-head Jaime Lora specialises in collective bargaining agreements, with particular experience in labour terminations and migration matters.
