Ferrere

Ferrere handles a wide range of tax-related matters, including general tax consulting, international trade and customs advice, and the tax aspects of corporate and financial transactions. The team also has experience defining tax structures. The tax practice handles litigation, at both an administrative and judicial level, and represents clients in disputes with the tax regulator and the Bolivian state. The group continues to advise significant national and international clients, such as Cargill, and is led by senior associate Mauricio Viscarra, a tax specialist with extensive experience advising clients on tax planning, contingencies and litigation. He is supported by fellow senior associate Pablo Heredia.
