Another notable member of the team is Leandro Bettini, who joined from Mattos Filho in February 2023, and specialises in administrative litigation before CARF. Oswaldo Othon de P. Saraiva Neto is adept in tax transaction agreements with the National Treasury’s Office as well as the Mediation and Conciliation Chamber of the Federal Public Administration.
