With extensive experience in inbound and outbound investments, Trench Rossi Watanabe is particularly well placed to assist with multijurisdictional transactions, drawing on its association with Baker McKenzie LLP. Buyers and sellers, including public listed and private companies, from an array of sectors – most notably energy, life sciences, agribusiness, education, technology and insurance – regularly turn to the team for advice on M&A, private equity and venture capital deals.
