It particularly stands out for its presence in the renewable energy space, where it assists clients in M&A transactions, distributed generation and in the negotiation of supply, construction, operation and maintenance agreements for solar and wind projects. Daniel Engel maintains a broad practice, but is especially active in renewable generation projects.
