Mello Torres

Following the arrival of Vale’s former head of mining, São Paulo-based Solange Costa, in February 2023, Mello Torres is now poised to take a bigger role in advising clients involved in mine exploration, development, extraction and trading; the team advises on a variety of investment, financing, and corporate transactions, under the leadership of Rio de Janeiro’s Clovis Torres.
