The practice is led by founding partner Otto Licks, an expert litigator and policymaker who focuses on preliminary and permanent injunctions, as well as the monetisation of patents, trade secrets, and unfair competition cases. Carlos Aboim, co-founder of the firm, jointly leads the practice with a focus on IP litigation in the life sciences and IT industries.
