She is now co-leading the practice from Rio alongside Marcos Lopes Prado in São Paulo, who works on due diligence processes and the development of commercial and residential projects, and Daniel Ribeiro Pettersen in Belo Horizonte. Vinicius Martins handles all types of real estate deals covering urban and rural land.
