The ’incredibly experienced and clever’ di Iorio routinely provides expert advice on matters of BVI law, frequently appearing as an advocate at all court levels in the BVI and the Privy Council. The practice has been bolstered by the addition of Brian Child from Campbells, whose practice encompasses all areas of commercial litigation, insolvency claims and regulatory matters, as well as Paul Griffiths from Carey Olsen. Griffiths, who splits his time between London and BVI, frequently appears on BVI cases before the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council, both as an advocate and in a solicitor role.
