Work highlights
- Represents Mechel Carbon AG in an SCC international commercial arbitration proceeding against Thermal Power Plant Rousse, Bulgaria, under contractual claims for payment in relation to an agreement for supply of coal.
- Represented MIELE CENTER MAX GROUP with respect to antitrust proceedings initiated on the basis of a complaint filed by MIELE CENTER MAX GROUP before the Commission on Protection of the Competition against Miele Bulgaria. The CPC imposed monetary sanction in an amount of BGN 1,609,078.
- Provided legal advice to the Supreme Judicial Council and has represented the latter before the Administrative Court – Sofia city and the Supreme Administrative Court in relation to appeal of a decision of the Managing Authority of the Operational Programme “Good Governance”, imposing a financial correction on SJC.
