- Represents Société Générale, Paris as a major creditor in complex insolvency proceedings concerning the Corporate Commercial Bank – declared insolvent in 2015.
- Represents the Italian jewelry manufacturer Faro S.p.A. in a trial against the Bulgaria’s Customs Office. The case is based on the EU state liability concepts and the relevant court practice of the European Court of Justice.
- Represented the Bulgarian furniture manufacturer Iglika-IE EOOD in a dispute with one of its creditors. Iglika-IE had defaulted on the repayment of a Loan Agreement (secured with a promissory note) and the counterparty threatened to file an action against the client.
