Work highlights
- Represented the Bulgarian Energy Holding, and its subsidiaries Bulgargaz and Bulgartransgaz in an antitrust case before the General Court of the EU, resulting in full annulment of the EC’s decision regarding an alleged abuse of dominant position in the energy sector.
- Advised the Ministry of Transport and Communications on the granting of EUR 25m restructuring state aid and the preparation of a restructuring plan for the Bulgarian postal operator (Bulgarian posts), achieving approval from the European Commission under the R&R Guidelines.
