- Providing full-scale legal support to Sofia Airport’s concessionaire SOF Connect on all matters related to the EUR 3.9bn concession, including execution of the Concession Agreement, the rebalancing of the concession due to COVID-19, the financial close, transfer of all assets during the Transition Period, and the ongoing outsourcing of airport services.
