Norton Rose Fulbright‘s Quebec practice is a strong choice for corporate commercial litigation, class action, securities litigation, professional liability, product liability and restructuring and insolvency matters. The ’highly skilled’, ‘solutions-oriented’ team is regularly instructed by major corporations in the energy, finance, natural resources, transportation, tech and healthcare segments. Disputes all-rounder François-David Paré handles corporate, commercial and civil litigation, as well as securities matters and shareholder disputes, while Horia Bundaru has focused his practice on commercial and construction litigation.
