Equipped to handle the full range of IP strategy, acquisition, exploitation, regulation and enforcement, Norton Rose Fulbright is nonetheless best known for its prominent position in life sciences litigation. Jung-Kay Chiu heads the national IP department from Toronto and is recommended for IP rights management in the biotech and medical devices arenas.
