The team’s has particular expertise in procurement disputes, including challenges before the CITT and the Federal Court of Appeal. Leadership of the department is shared between Graham Ragan, who specializes in Indigenous law and procurement matters; and procurement specialist Stephanie Pearce, who routinely represents clients in judicial review of government and tribunal decisions.
