Cassidy Levy Kent LLP's public procurement practice group is experienced in representing both government agencies and private corporations, as well as Crown corporations such as the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority and a number of provincial governments. The group is co-directed by an Ottawa-based duo comprising Marc McLaren-Caux, who handles both litigation and advisory matters, including trade remedies and Federal regulatory law; and senior counsel Gerry Stobo, who takes care of the designing of procurement processes, drafting procurement documents and assisting with legal challenges.
