The firm’s client roster spans such sectors as renewables, infrastructure and retail. The practice is led by Mario Paura in Toronto, who brings over 25 years of experience to the purchase, sale, financing and development of retail, industrial and office properties; Greg Plater in Vancouver, who brings expertise to acquisitions, financings dispositions, pre-purchase transactions and various development projects; and Michael Dyck in Calgary, who specializes in advising landlords and tenants on office, industrial and retail leases.
