Wilson in Vancouver, who handles complex acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations and energy and infrastructure projects; Marie-Andrée Thibault, who leads the firm’s team in Montreal; and Jillian Shortt, who operates out of the Toronto and Calgary offices and who assists with the creation of single and two-tier joint venture structures and limited partnerships.
